Refund Policy

Digital Products
Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately after purchase, all sales are final by default.
That said, I want you to be happy with what you get. If you experience a legitimate issue (e.g., broken content, duplicate charge, or a product that significantly differs from its description), I'll work with you to resolve it.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email contact@timkoda.com within 14 days of your purchase with:
- Your account email
- The product purchased
- The reason for your refund request
I review each request individually and respond within 3 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after accessing the content
- Failure to use the product
- Requests made after the 14-day window
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
1:1 Sessions (The Koda Expertise)
All 1:1 session bookings are non-refundable. You can reschedule your session once, up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. After that window, the booking is locked.
To reschedule, use the link in your booking confirmation email or contact contact@timkoda.com.
Free Resources
Free resources unlocked through promotional actions (e.g., Instagram DM keywords) are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made.
