Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and digital products operated by Tim Koda ("I", "me"), accessible at timkoda.com. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account

You must sign in with a valid Google account or email magic link to access the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Digital Products

I sell digital resources including guides, templates, and prompt libraries. All purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own projects.

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share purchased content
  • Use purchased content to create competing products
  • Remove watermarks or attribution
  • Share your account credentials with others

4. Free Resources

Some resources are available for free after completing specific actions (e.g., sending a keyword via Instagram DM). Free resources are subject to the same usage restrictions as paid products.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. The checkout may show an equivalent in your local currency. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on this platform is owned by Tim Koda. Your purchase grants a usage license only — not ownership of the intellectual property.

7. Termination

I may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to redistribution of content or fraudulent activity.

8. Liability

Digital products are provided "as is". I do not guarantee specific results from using these resources. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Changes

I may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform.
